Macrobiotic restaurant in Osaka ' Cafe Prana'

The owner chef Ayumi Ikeda of Cafe Prana
is lovely friend of mine.

We used to cook together in the same group of the macrobiotic cooking school.

Cafe prana is located near to my house, about 5min on foot.

They use no meat, no dairy product,no sugar.
Even the soup stock(dashi) is made with kelp(Konbu) and dryed shiitake mashroom. Perfect for strict vegetarian.


You can choose where to sit from outside, inside and upstairs.

When you go there, cute dogs will welcome you.
