Talking about loosing weight!!!!

My husband lost just over 25kg within 6 months by switching to macrobiotic diet. These are his Before and After picture. He actualy enjoyed eating fresh, natural and nutritios food, so there were no problem of been stressful. He does not like to do any excercise, so he did not do any excercise during this period although I recomend to do so. However as he feels much lighter and happier, surely he was more active than before. Since he lost the weight he never gained the weight back.

Cafe prana is located near to my house, about 5min on foot. They use no meat, no dairy product,no sugar. Even the soup stock(dashi) is made with kelp(Konbu) and dryed shiitake mashroom. Perfect for strict vegetarian. You can choose where to sit from outside, inside and upstairs. When you go there, cute dogs will welcome you. A Healthy vege for you!! Japanese one of the most popular vegetable 'Daikon' Daikon are an important part of Japanese cuisine. Raw daikon may be served in salads, as a garnish for dishes such as sashimi, or marinated in vinegar. Grated raw daikon, known as daikon oroshi, is popular as a garnish for dishes such as yakizakana (grilled fish), natto, or in the dipping sauce for tempura or soba. Cooked daikon is often served as an ingredient in miso soup or in stews such as oden. In some areas of Japan it is often stewed with squid or octopus, as it is said that enzymes contained in daikon tenderises them. Daikon was traditionally pickled in autumn to preserve vegetables for the winter. One of the most popular varieties of pickled daikon, called takuan (沢庵) in Japanese.
