Brown rice with lots of toppings; seaweed, Umeboshi, sesame seeds, and so on.
Sweet potato
Croquette
Enoki mushrooms
Carrots
Lettuce
veggie corned beef with sweet corn

We drink a green smoothie everyday. It is such an energy booster. I mix Synagy (vegetables and herb extract power), Odakakoso (liquid enzyme),flax oil, sesame seed, Kinako (soy powder),Pine nuts,Some green leaves if I find them fresh in my fridge, soy or rice milk and little water. Oh..and banana!!! Done! Ami LOVES it!
