In the middle of Japanese summer holiday "Obon"
Today's me and Ami.
We are in the middle of Obon holiday. We normaly get about 3 days off around 15th.
Obon is a Japanese custom to honor the departed (deceased) spirits of our ancestors. This Buddhist custom has evolved into a family reunion holiday during which people return to ancestral family places and visit and clean their ancestors' graves, and when the spirits of ancestors are supposed to revisit the household altars.
We just stayed in local and went to "Kaiten Sushi " for a lunch.
Kaiten-zushi is a sushi restaurant where the plates with the sushi are placed on a rotating conveyor belt that winds through the restaurant and moves past every table and counter seat.
