A day Trip to Nara

Nara is just 1 hour away from my house. I love Nara because it is very historical old city and has nice boutiques , restaurants and cafes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nara,_Nara

Hamadera park in Sakai Osaka.

It got bit cooler now in Japan. This summer was way too hot to go out to play. We went to Hamadera park for a walk. It is nice to go out and feel the nice clean air in the nature.

We drink a green smoothie everyday. It is such an energy booster. I mix Synagy (vegetables and herb extract power), Odakakoso (liquid enzyme),flax oil, sesame seed, Kinako (soy powder),Pine nuts,Some green leaves if I find them fresh in my fridge, soy or rice milk and little water. Oh..and banana!!! Done! Ami LOVES it!
