Me and my husband eat brown rice and miso soup everyday. Some vege and soy food, seaweed for side dishes.

My birthday lunch
It was my birthday on 6 th . We went to French restaurant in Swiss hotel. I asked to change my desert to seasonal fruits! I had chi ken for my main dish. Yummy !!!
