I found this organic grocery shop in down town.
All the veges are nicely displayed and.....EXPENSIVE.
450yen($4.20)for a pumpkin.
Not in Halloween season......
My vegetarian Japanese breakfast.
Me and my husband eat brown rice and miso soup everyday. Some vege and soy food, seaweed for side dishes.

In England you can get a tiny piece of land (a few square meters) called an 'Allotment' (a plot of land rented to a gardener) where you can grow your own vegetables, herbs, etc.
Do you have anything similar in your area? (maybe quite difficult in a city!) Grow your own veg, you know you'll get the best and the tastiest! ;)
